Well, what an eye opener for all the staff and attendees, More-LAN #1 is now over and we're all now in the recovery stages of some late night gaming! I'd like to thank all the staff and people who help out at the event and help develop the website and spread the word!
Without further to do here are some of the event photographs:

We'll have some more photo's posted up later this week which was taken by our LAN photographer Philippa Glynn
Overview
The LAN started at 10am, players began turning up and we had some games of the usual suspects counter-strike: source, counter-strike and also the new boy of the family to play as well; Team Fortress 2.
As the day progressed into evening many began to check out the other games offered to them free on Steam (of which there were around 30 games) Peggle was very popular with the older gamers whilst Day of Defeat took grips on most.
Later on in the evening we setup a game of Age of Empires 2. The first two games lasted a couple of hours each, when we worked out a more evenly balance game (2 experienced players vs 5 newbies) we embarked on our third game. Little did we know this game would last a stonking 5hrs 20min! Well done to everyone who played that game!
In the morning, we all struggled with the most basic of cognitive functions, especially Declan, our awarded "Hardcore Gamer" (see below) who barely slept.
Around midday Sunday we began our Tournament games; Day of defeat 4 v 4 was first on the agenda which went on for a few hours, eventually ending up with a winner. All the games were very close, with evenly matched teams which made it fun for the spectators to watch!
Finally our Team Fortress 2 Tournament began with the inexperienced team coming top at the end of the day. Finally our raffle prizes from Saitek and Antec were given out of which you can see from our pictures.
Overall the LAN event ran smoothly with little problems or hassle, everyone I spoke to said they had a good time and would be back for the next event. So if you're reading this now and haven't been to one of our LAN events before, I strongly encourage you to post on our forums and ask our previous attendees about our event. We'd love to see you at our next LAN event which we will announce soon, keep your eyes peeled!
