All you need to do is to sign up on the F.E.A.R.'s website and answer a few questions. You will then be emailed your key (keep it safe!) and then proceed to the download area where you can download the client via ftp or bit torrent. The client weighs in at a moderate 1.8GB so clear start making space on your harddrives!
