More-LAN is ran by More Solutions Ltd who are a software / IT / engineering company based in Peterborough, United Kingdom. More-Solutions specialise in a number of areas, all of which are Internet / Software based. They are known for work for big names such as Mclaren and their recent lighting control work on a major stadium, in the Wembley Area of London.
What is a LAN event?
A LAN (Local Area Network) event or a LAN party is a group of people on their computers which are networked togther to play computer games. These networks can be very small from a few people, to large amounts or groups of people. Some LAN events can last for only a few hours, but some can last for days, with many people taking part in the event.
Why are we doing this?
It has been several years since a truly successful LAN event has been set-up within Peterborough, we believe the last event was held in 2003 and we want to change this! We invite anyone who would like to play games in a social, friendly atmosphere and make some new friends to join our community and come along to our events.
Ultimately it is our aim to bring together a community of gamers of all ages within the East Anglia region and host regular events to keep that community going and growing.
