ya wheres the LAN seats and shizzle gone, is it cause you need our payments?

Well we had decided to do a cash prize tourny and try and get 8 teams in, with a £500 prize. But still we only got 4-5 teams interested (even with posting on tek9, cadred and multiplay forums).

So we dont want to go ahead with it and pay all the costs for the hall upfront if we aint going to be able to get the participants

It was ment to be a social lan with a few tournies for the more competative (me) people!

Yea, there was no problem with people "SAYING" they would come. The problem was getting those saying they would come to pay for a seat so we knew they were coming......Team turtelz included

I wanted to ask (if it is cancelled for definite) when those of us who had already paid ( ) would get refunded?

The event is currently cancelled as we can't commit to the cosats of the hall without enough people having paid (we have enough signed up but not enough paid).

Everyone who has paid so far will be getting a full refund back to their paypal account.

For those in the Peterborough area I can offer a mini LAN event on the Sunday (1st Nov) in Peterborough (different location to original event), with a £10 entry fee, but places will be limited so let me know you are interested and I can get you booked in.
